Nutritional Values per Crepe: 93 calories, 1g Carbs (2g Fibre), 5g Protein, 7g Fat
INGREDIENTS-Crepes

24g / 0.84oz Coconut Flour

8g / 0.3oz Psyllium Husk Powder

5g / 0.2oz Icing Sweetener

1/2 tsp baking soda

1tsp cream of tartar

200ml / 7fl oz Nut Milk (I use Almond Milk)

2 Eggs

6 Egg Whites

INGREDIENTS-Orange Sauce

5 drops Orange Flavouring

5 drops Brandy Flavouring

A sprinkle of xanthan gum

15g / 0.5oz sukrin gold

 60g / 2oz Salted Butter

25g / 0.9oz Orange Rind Grated

TOOLS

Pancake Pan

Coconut Oil Spray

Silicone Whisker

Batter Bowl

Silicone Spatula

Hand Mixer

I discovered by chance that this weekend Crepes Suzette Day comes along. Problem with Crepes Suzette is that they are based on Orange Juice and Alcohol, definitely not Ketogenic foods. Here's where one of my favourite Keto Tricks comes along: flavouring. Made of Polypropylene Glycol it makes them calories less and carb less still bringing flavour.
Orange Zest seems to carry some carb according to some sources, but even where so it's less than 20g carbs per 100g and we're not even remotely using as much as it's mostly decorative.
The Recipe for the Crepes is actually the original one by Martina from Ketodietapp.com who very graciously allowed me to use it for this.
