Stuffed chicken a la Hasselback remains one of the most easy yet tasty chicken hasselback recipes you can put together with just 3 ingredients: chicken, cheese and ham. This keto chicken breast recipe is a very high protein dish so I suggest you serve it with a side of veggies drowned in cream and butter 

Nutritional Values per chicken breast: 425 calories, 2g carbs (depends on the cheese you use, can be zero), 17g fat, 65g protein

INGREDIENTS (makes 3 portions)

3 chicken breasts

3 slices of ham, cut in sticks (12 ideally)

150g / 5.3oz cheddar cheese, cut in 12 strips  (I used Y Fenni which has a bit of carbs, if using regular cheddar you'll have zero)

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper


Baking Tray

Poultry / Filleting Knife
