Those included the Keto Diet, a diet based on the Pinch Of Nom cookBook and the Radical Metabolism Diet. The Keto diet won over every diet in the episode and ever tried in the tvshow (25+ diets including Slimming World) as the Cheapest one and the one were Lorna the 40 year old mum of two from Cambridgeshire lost the most weight with almost 3 stones lost. That's 41lbs or 18.5kg.
