Sugar Cravings? Here's some Quarantine Boredom Hacks especially about what to do in quarantine in regards of food. When Boredom Eating kicks in like in Quarantine and Isolation these days the main snacks ideas that come to mind is usually junk food, a precise combination of salt fat and sugar, think Donuts or Pizza, Carbs in general whether sweet or savoury, and there's a science behind it: the science of hyperpalatable foods. The reason why when you pick up a bag of Doritos you finish it and could still eat more, the reason why quarantine weight gain is going to be likely because our brain is wired to make us put on weight with specific cravings.
