This is just something I threw together from the pantry because I was craving an indian takeaway but didn't want to go through the hassle of preparing chicken and rice and side dishes and perfecting the sauce, which I've always been bad at. I just wanted to taste something resembling a takeaway and this is what happened. It takes roughly ten minutes to make (if your paneer is already cubed) and in my opinion really scratches that takeaway itch while remaining keto.
