NUTRITIONAL VALUES per portion
264 calories, 1.4g carbs (0g fibre), 28g Fat, 2g protein
95.5% fat. Better than Fat Fast required macros

INGREDIENTS

400ml Double / Heavy Whipping Cream 
OR 400ml Coconut Milk for VEGAN option

150ml Nut Milk (I used unsweetened unroasted almond milk)

1 tsp Vanilla

2 tsp / 10g Beef Gelatine Powder
OR
2 tsp Agar Agar Powder for VEGAN option

50g icing sweetener

1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt

TOOLS

Panna Cotta is a very easy keto dessert recipe cause it's essentially already low carb once you make it sugar free. In this instance I am making it the basic vanilla panna cotta version but you can add flavourings, increse / decrease the nut milk to cream ratio or even make Vegan Keto Panna Cotta if you use coconut milk instead of double / heavy cream and agar agar to replace gelatine. This is basically a fat bomb macros wise.

If you replace Gelatine remember these conversions

1 tsp Gelatine Powder = 1 tsp Agar Agar Powder = 2 tsp Agar Agar Flakes = 1 sheet leaf gelatine (ideally, this is a bit more complicated, check your package of gelatine to see how much it says a serving setfor liquid and consider in this recipe you'll have a total of 650ml)
