I personally tried myself to still have ikea meatballs as in bought from the store, didn't quite work: the amount of flour they have in makes them close to 5g carbs per meatball, and small as they are it doesn't seem quite worth it. But these pretties are 85% fat and only 0.4g carbs per meatball, all from that bit of onion and cream in the gravy to make them taste just like the real thing! I made these naturally egg fast friendly being the standard rule of : 1 egg, per 1tbsp fat, per 1oz cheese.
